Joey-David Ovey learnt the tools of the trade as a consultant with Prognos and Kienbaum and has extensive experience advising customers in the public sector and health care. For him it goes without saying that projects can only succeed in tandem with the people in organisations.
Through his years in a leadership role he knows that plans invariably change. Flexibility and arbitrariness are however not the same thing. A leader must be able to take a standpoint.
Originally from the UK, he has been living in Germany for over 20 years. During this time he has honed his ability to listen carefully and not take anything for granted. He now works throughout Europe.
He holds Senior Coach status of the German Federal Association of Executive Coaching (DBVC) and is a member of the German Society of Systemic Organisational Consulting. He has qualifications in Systemic Organisational Consulting and Systemic Business Coaching from the WIBK Paderborn and in supervision for coaches and consultants from the Tavistock Institute, London. He is a Still Moving Change Practitioner, a Warm Data Lab Host (Bateson Institute), and a member of the Ecoleadership Institute.

Network partner
Nicole Brauckmann has been supporting teams and organisations in transformation processes as a consultant and coach for over 10 years. Her experience from many years of management work, her academic background and her international experience all flow into the design of team workshops and other interventions.
Previously, she was responsible for company-wide management development at the RWE Group for 10 years. In this management position, she developed and implemented various processes such as potential assessment procedures and 360° feedback, and carried out tailor-made development programmes in cooperation with external providers. In this role, she was also responsible for designing, conducting and moderating management conferences and workshops. As an independent consultant, she works nationally and internationally with clients from the private and not-for-profit sectors.
Clients appreciate her calm and appreciative manner, which creates a trusting working atmosphere and gives space to all perspectives without losing sight of the goal.
